Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of applications and services provided by Sergey Tarasov, operating as TrueInsight ("we", "us", "our"), through the Atlassian Marketplace.

1. Acceptance

By installing or using any of our applications, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use our applications.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our applications in accordance with these Terms and the applicable Atlassian Marketplace terms. This license is valid for the duration of your active subscription or free usage period.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application.
• Use the application to violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the application.

4. Availability and Support

We strive to maintain application availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Our applications depend on Atlassian Cloud infrastructure, which is outside our direct control.

Support is provided via email during business hours (Monday-Friday, 10:00-18:00 EET). We aim to respond to support requests within 2 business days.

5. Pricing and Payment

Pricing for paid applications is listed on the respective Atlassian Marketplace listing. All payments are processed through Atlassian's billing system. Refund policies follow Atlassian Marketplace standard terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our applications remain with us. Your data remains yours — we claim no ownership over content you create or process using our applications.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the use of our applications shall not exceed the amount you paid for the application in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

You may stop using our applications at any time by uninstalling them. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with reasonable notice where possible.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our applications after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Limassol, Cyprus.
