This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Sergey Tarasov, operating as TrueInsight ("Licensor"), for the use of applications distributed through the Atlassian Marketplace ("Application").
Subject to the terms of this EULA, the Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Application within your Atlassian Cloud instance for your internal business purposes.
You may not:
The Application is licensed, not sold. The Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in the Application, including all intellectual property rights. Your content processed by the Application remains your property.
The Application may include open-source components subject to their own licenses. A list of such components and their licenses is available upon request.
The Application processes data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Application, you acknowledge and consent to such processing.
The Application is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Application. The Licensor's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the Application in the 12 months preceding the claim.
This EULA is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall the Application. Sections 3, 6, 7, and 10 survive termination.
The Licensor may provide updates to the Application from time to time. Updates are subject to this EULA unless accompanied by separate terms.
This EULA is governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Limassol, Cyprus.
